Yes! This helps our shadchanim streamline suggestions and follow-up properly with both sides, and it helps you access resumes of dates who were a fit. (No more head scratching.., and thinking “who was it again?”)
Of course! Many parents manage the account completely on behalf of their singles. You can also choose where notifications and suggestions are sent.
Good question! It’s 100% private — members can’t browse other members, ever.
Only shadchanim and potential matches can see your profile — that’s it.
Even for potential matches, you get to choose between these 3 options:
- Send me ideas before sending to the other side
- Send me ideas only after the other side approves
- Send it to both sides at the same time. << faster and more flexible.
Shadchanim use your inputted data to generate suggestions. Make sure to fill out the questionnaire completely and that your profile is polished, accurate, and inviting. For more pointers, check out our profile tips page. Also — daven! As always, we’re just messengers.
Message your shadchan directly through the site. If you don’t get a response within 48 hours, contact matchmaker support for assistance.
Absolutely! You can choose up to 3 shadchanim per month. If you feel that a specific shadchan is not a great fit for you, you can always select a different shadchan instead.
